Think＆Act Strategic Co., Ltd于1998年由邝黄绮萍博士创立，至今从事玩具行业逾二十年，广受全球买家喜爱。该公司于2002年开始专注于研发及制造不同种类的木制玩具，整个玩具制作过程，由设计、选料生产到成品包装，每个环节都一丝不苟，为客户提供了创意设计的构思和生产方面的协助。在过去的二十年中，Think＆Act 与全球伙伴合作，最初是作为采购代理来协助海外客户进行产品采购，后来就将服务范围扩展到代工生产 (OEM) 及设计代工(ODM)。

凭借Think＆Act 在OEM和ODM的多年经验及产品采购方面的优势，他们成功创建了自家品牌「Kidowood」，拥有一系列STEAM元素项目、未来将发展儿童家具、墙壁玩具和游戏等供海外和国内市场选购。在2019年，Think＆Act获得Eric Carle的授权，开发安全和有教育意义的木制玩具。Eric Carle系列本具有鲜艳的色彩和独特的设计图案，充满童趣和创意，于全球热卖。

现在STEM教育已经进一步发展成STEAM教育，其中加入艺术元素——「Art」，希望能在创科世界里注入一点艺术品味，帮助孩子平衡发展，培养孩子的观察、沟通及创作等能力，特别是有特殊教育需要（SEN）学童学习情绪表达和个人发展。邝博士认为设计儿童木制玩具与普通玩具不同，需配合其成长发展，并结合教育元素，透过产品启发儿童的想象及创造力。所以公司在得到Eric Carle的品牌授权后，便将艺术元素结合至木制玩具当中，让学童有机会通过动手实践去学习。Think＆Act 致力生产及设计不同的木制玩具，以培养婴幼儿的创意建构能力，促进手眼协调与精细动作发展，让他们利用多元几何形状积木，堆栈小型或大型建构，体验无穷乐趣。
